At Mind over Matcha, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of matcha to our consumers. We carefully sourced our matcha from the Uji region of Kyoto, Japan. Of all matcha produced in Japan, the Uji region is considered to be the finest for growing matcha because this region is famous for it's high quality soil, clean water, hilly terrain and mild temperatures. 

Mind over Matcha takes pride in offering real, authentic matcha with no additives, sweeteners, or fillers. Most matcha companies today have "cane sugar" listed as their first ingredient in matcha along with other natural flavours and unnecessary ingredients. At Mind over Matcha, our only ingredient in our products are "organic matcha green tea powder". 

All of our Matcha teas are certified by U-KOSHER and HALAL, 100% VEGAN, NON-GMO and GLUTEN-FREE. We are Certified Organic by USDA, JAS/OCIA, and CANADA-BIO.

It is also important to note that to be considered authentic matcha, the tea leaves must be grown or processed in Japan. 
Our Matcha is made from the finest Tencha leaves available in Japan. Mind over Matcha takes pride in sourcing certified organic matcha. These standards are confirmed from Canada Organic Certified and Japanese Organic Certificate issued by JONA. This means that our matcha products are free from harmful chemicals and ingredients, and our tea leaves are grown on on pesticide free land.
