We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please kindly note that the shipping fee to an order is non-refundable.
- Orders must be purchased on www.mindovermatcha.ca
- Only products that are unused and unopened are eligible for return
- No visible signs of use or any discrepancy with the product
- Products must be in its original packaging
- Final sale items cannot be returned
- Gift cards cannot be returned
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to accept your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is disapproved, you will receive an email confirming the reason.
At Mind over Matcha, we try to be as green and eco-friendly as possible. Please kindly pack the return item(s) in its original shipping packaging
Your return will be be processed within 10 business days upon being approved and made in the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defected item, or an item that does not match your order, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation. To resolve any issues in a timely manner, please include a photo and explanation of the situation.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
